HALAL SERVICE SUPPLY CHAIN RESEARCH IN DA NANG CITY
Main Article Content
Abstract
The global Halal economy is experiencing significant growth, projected to reach $3.1 trillion by 2027. This study analyzes the factors influencing the Halal Service Supply Chain (HSSC) in Da Nang city. Quantitative research was conducted with a sample of N=297 tourism personnel and managers. Multiple linear regression results identified five factors affecting chain efficiency: Government Support (JTS), Halal Standard Performance (PER), Supply Chain Partnership (PEA), Certification System (PEC), and Organizational Perception & Capability (POS). Notably, JTS had the strongest impact (β=0.411). The study also discovered a "Paradox of Awareness" where POS had a negative impact (β=−0.144) due to concerns about cost barriers and stringent standards. The paper proposes solutions for specialized infrastructure planning and digital technology application to complete a sustainable Halal ecosystem in Da Nang.
