Policy on Publication Fees, Honoraria, and Print Copies

Authors are not required to pay any fees throughout the submission, peer review, or publication process. On the contrary, to acknowledge scholarly contributions, both authors and reviewers will receive honoraria.

• Author honoraria will be paid after the article is officially published.

• Reviewer honoraria will be paid either upon publication or upon rejection of the manuscript, whichever occurs first.

In addition, each author will receive 1–2 complimentary print copies of the journal, applicable only to authors with mailing addresses in Vietnam.

If authors wish to request additional print copies, they are encouraged to contact the Editorial Board. We are pleased to provide extra complimentary copies if available.

Note: Vietnamese citizens receiving honoraria are responsible for fulfilling any personal income tax obligations in accordance with current Vietnamese law.
