Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts through the Dong A University Journal of Science online submission system, operated via Open Journal Systems (OJS). Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your manuscript.

1. Registration and Login

• To submit a manuscript, authors must first register an account on the journal's website.

• If you already have an account, please log in with your username and password.

2. Submission Process

Once logged in, follow these steps:

1. Start a New Submission: Click on “New Submission” in your user dashboard.

2. Step 1 – Start: Choose the appropriate section for your article and agree to the submission checklist and copyright terms.

3. Step 2 – Upload Submission: Upload your manuscript file (in Word format) and any supplementary files (tables, figures, data sets, etc.).

4. Step 3 – Enter Metadata: Enter the title, abstract, keywords, and author information in both English and Vietnamese (if applicable). Ensure correct spelling and order of author names.

5. Step 4 – Confirm: Review your submission and confirm all details.

6. Step 5 – Finish Submission: Complete the submission. A confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding author.

3. Manuscript Requirements

• Manuscripts must be prepared according to the journal's formatting guidelines.

• Both English and Vietnamese manuscripts are accepted (depending on issue type).

• The manuscript must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

4. After Submission

• All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.

• Authors may track the review progress via their dashboard.

• Communication about the review and publication process will be conducted through the registered email address.
