Night-Time Economy in Da Lat: A Driver of Socio-Economic Development in Lam Dong Province.

Abstract
The night-time economy is increasingly recognized as a key driver of tourism growth and urban economic development in many countries worldwide. Da Lat, in Lam Dong Province, has significant potential to develop its night-time economy thanks to its favorable climate, unique landscapes, and distinctive tourism appeal. However, similar to many other urban areas in Vietnam, night-time economic activities remain limited and underutilized. This article draws on both primary and secondary data sources to analyze the current situation, assess the potential, and identify barriers to the development of the night-time economy in Da Lat. Based on these findings, the author proposes several recommendations to promote the night-time economy, thereby contributing to socio-economic development in Lam Dong Province in the coming years.
