Abstract

The author analyzes scientific perspectives, and theoretical and practical bases on sexual services, thereby making appropriate recommendations for this type in Vietnam. During the research process, the group of authors tried to exploit specialized documents from both domestic and international sources, thereby drawing multi-dimensional assessments to provide an overall view of the issue. The topic not only focuses on the legal aspect but also mentions social, economic, and cultural factors, and at the same time refers to international experience to propose a suitable management model. Thereby, the research hopes to contribute constructive recommendations to support the completion of the legal framework and management mechanism comprehensively and humanely.
