Phát triển bền vững ngành công nghiệp văn hóa Việt Nam trong bối cảnh biến đổi khí hậu

Abstract

Climate change poses serious challenges to Vietnam's cultural industry, threatening heritage sites, tourism activities, handicraft production, and many other sectors. This study comprehensively analyzes the current situation, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the industry in the context of climate change, thereby proposing a strategic roadmap with specific solutions, phased over time, to sustainably develop the cultural industry. The solutions focus on raising awareness, strengthening management and planning capacity, mobilizing diverse resources, applying digital and green technologies, developing green cultural products and services, and preserving and promoting traditional cultural values. The study emphasizes the important role of inter-sectoral coordination, community participation, and innovation in responding to climate change, towards sustainable development of Vietnam's cultural industry.
