Abstract

The objective of this study is to measure the impact of factors on digital transformation activities in universities in Vietnam. Data were collected online from 250 samples. The study used quantitative methods, treated with SPSS 22 software. Measured scale reliability using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, EFA for exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlation testing, and multivariate regression analysis. Research results show that five factors affect digital transformation in universities in Vietnam, including: Technical infrastructure; Culture and skills; Management practices; Adoption of new technologies; and Human resources dedicated to digital transformation, affecting digital transformation activities in universities. Since then, the study proposes policy implications to promote and optimize digital transformation activities in training and education management at universities in Vietnam, contributing to the implementation of the Government's national digital transformation key tasks with a vision to 2045.
