Abstract

Along with economic development, investment in education is increasingly prioritized by all levels, sectors, and families. However, the school dropout of students in coastal localities in the North Central and Central Coast regions is an urgent concern. Research shows that some causes come from difficult family circumstances, ineffective schools’ propaganda and support for students, and from the students themselves. Based on this analysis, the article proposes some basic solutions that are the drastic direction of the committees and authorities, and the cooperation and contributions of families and communities. That would improve the quality of intellectuals to develop these coastal regions quickly and sustainably in order to contribute to the overall development of the country.
