Thực trạng và đề xuất giải pháp phát huy vai trò của đội ngũ trí thức tỉnh Đắk Lắk

Abstract

Since the resolution 27-NQ/TW dated August 6^th, 2008 of the Communist Party Central Executive Committee on building the intellectuals in the period of industrialization and modernization was issued, the intellectuals in Dak Lak have received a lot of regards and the leadership from the provincial Communist Party and the State. The provincial intellectuals have made certain contributions. However, the intellectuals still face difficulties such as working environment, funds for science and technology activities, and honoring intellectuals that need more attention. This study evaluated the current situation and development process of the Dak Lak intellectuals over the past 15 years. The research results have pointed out contributions of the intellectuals into socio-economic development process as well as difficulties and obstacles that need to be removed in order to contribute more to the local development. From the research results, the author also proposes some solutions to promote the role, position, and contribution of the provincial intellectuals in general and the indigenous ethnic minority intellectuals in the future.
