Abstract

Since 1962, Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company has continuously grown and become the largest textile and garment company in the Central region, with a good production organisation system, meeting the standards of the textile industry. Social responsibility, SA 8000 standard and certified by major clients such as Motives, Snickers, Decathlon, Perry Ellis International. Due to the nature of the textile industry, Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company has a good working environment. Fast-paced, fast-paced employees come from different cultural regions, so it requires the leadership capacity of managers to create an appropriate corporate culture to improve employee loyalty. Data collected from 420 employees at Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company, using modelling analysis techniques by Structural Equation Modeling, has confirmed that leadership capacity and corporate culture (VHDN) directly influence loyalty. From there, propose measures on  management to create competitive advantages for Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company and apply other businesses in Vietnam.
